Yes. Funds are held in escrow from the moment a sale closes until the buyer’s post-delivery inspection window ends. Sellers get paid after the inspection window closes without a dispute. This protects both sides on high-ticket equipment sales.

No. Mailroom Market has vetted rigging and freight partners integrated into every sale. You can book pickup, de-install, and freight directly from the invoice — we coordinate between buyer and seller so the equipment actually moves.

Only within a short post-delivery inspection window, and only if the equipment materially differs from the listing. Buyers must submit a dispute with evidence. Minor cosmetic issues don’t qualify. Once the window closes, the sale is final and funds release to the seller.

If a seller enables Best Offer, buyers can submit a binding dollar amount below the asking price. Sellers can accept, decline, or counter. An accepted offer is legally binding — the buyer has 48 hours to complete payment or forfeit and receive a strike on their account.

Yes. Every completed sale generates a platform bill of sale signed by both parties, attached to the invoice. It includes the equipment description, serial number, sale price, and both parties’ business details — usable for accounting, tax, and insurance.
